Scott Connelly

Scott Connelly is an experienced Software Engineer with over 15 years of experience in web and client based software development. He is a technical lead on the IISIS Project. Scott's skills include: software architecture, agile team management, systems administration, Java, Perl, PHP, C++, HTML, Javascript, Oracle, SQL Server, .Net and shell programming on various platforms including Linux and Windows. He received his BS in Psychology and Political Science from the University of Pittsburgh in 1999. He his currently pursing a Master of Public Policy and Management at The University of Pittsburgh's Graduate School of Public and International Affairs. Scott joined the IISIS team in 2004 and has worked for several technology companies, including his own software consultancy. He is currently the Co-Founder and CTO of a local start-up. Scott has served in the US Army and is currently an NCO in the PA Air National Guard.
