Gunes Ertan

Gunes Ertan is a Ph.D. student in public policy and international development. Gunes holds a MPA degree from the Bowling Green State University and and a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from Middle East Technical University in Ankara, Turkey. Gunes joined the IISIS team in 2006 and is currently working on the comparative analysis of the disaster response networks of major hurricanes including Katrina and Gustav.
