Namkyung Oh

Namkyung Oh is a Ph.D. candidate in public policy and administration. Namkyung holds a MPA degree from the Seoul National University, Korea. He worked for President of Korea and several other research institutes in Korea. Namkyung joined the IISIS team in 2005 and is currently working on the comparative analysis of the disaster response networks of major hurricanes including Katrina and Gustav.
