Mary Kate Stimmler

Mary Kate Stimmler is a PhD student at the Haas School of Business, University of California, Berkeley. Her research interests include risk, danger, and catastrophe. Her interest in how cultural norms are reflected in reactions to uncertainty have lead to empirical investigations of finance, fire fighting, and floods.
